White swirls

I love how the swirls are starting to give her some personality.

Monday night work

I finished sketching in the swirls. I'm so happy with the way they turned out so symmetrical.

Progression of the lips

I added some burgundy under tones to the lips to make them appear more frost bitten.

Airbrushing night

Mixing the paint, getting the right consistency and color can take some time but I love doing this part :)

Success, nice and bright. Next I add the swirl details, lip and nose color, green shimmer to the eyeshadow and paint the ribcage and heart.

Death and Roses

Dia de los Muertos Blythe #8

I was in a very flowery mood when I created this girl. I wanted her to look like she was wearing a crown of roses, a little different from my other dolls with their swirly designs. For the photo shoot I let her borrow a gray pullip wig and a flower head band so she wouldn't be so naked :)

She belongs to Blythgalaxy and she is my first commission completed for the year, YAY!

Frosty

Hand painted lips in blue, no carving just a lot of shading :)

I can't wait to start painting the details on this one, I'm really excited about the design, it's a little different from what I've been doing.

Airbrushing

Just finished airbrushing her. I'm loving these blues, they're subtle yet intense, weird I know. She's wearing a head band that does not belong to her ;P

A rose

I think I'm really starting to like painting roses.
